Narrated
Abu Huraira(RA): The Prophet(SAW) said: "Whoever does not give up forged
speech and evil actions, Allah is not in need of leaving his food and drink
(i.e. Allah will not accept his fasting.)" Narrated Ibn
'Umar(RA) : The Prophet(SAW) said: Islam
is based on the following five principles : 1. To testify that none has the
right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad(SAW:) is Allah's “Rasul”. 2. To
offer the prayers dutifully and perfectly. 3. To pay Zakat (i.e. obligatory
charity) . 4. To perform Hajj. (i.e. Pilgrimage to Mecca ) 5. To observe fast during the month of
Holy Ramadan. – Shahi Bukhari

And if you are slain in the cause of Allah or you die, surely forgiveness from Allah and mercy shall be better than what they hoard.
